Learn a verse from the Bible. Everyday Sarah will give you ideas for how to remember these amazing words.

Luke leads us in some sporty activities. If you don't have all the equipment, don't worry, just improvise as best you can. You could use a frying pan, chopping board or a box lid for example.

Emily take us on a nature walk and creates some beautiful things with her findings. You can do it too! Just go for a walk and pick out some colours, come home and get creative. 

Ben Horrex shows us how we might pray using nature. After watching, go try it out yourself.
